Some peolpes kids, I have seen how some of these kids act and behave and I feel pretty strong that a good whoopin is what they should have a long time ago. By the time they are teenagers it is usually to late to correct the behavior patterns with out learning lifes lessons the hard way. This may open a can of worms here and I don't mean to offend anyone but I got my butt whooped on by my old man a few times (when I did in fact deserve it) and never I disresrpected any one like these kids are.

 

Like Shovelhead said, but add to that many of the schools today. Still the number one factor is parenting. Ironicaly, it is the very same freedom that the men and women in all uniformed and sometimes not uniformed services, fight for and give their lives for, that gives punks like that the ability to do stupid things like that.<br><br>God bless our troops!<br><br>Peter

Ignorance......Someone told me once that ignorance is 80% curable through education......the remaining 20% don't want to be cured. It just seems to me lately that 20% may be to low! What the he** is going on! Can't say the pledge in schools, throwing rocks at our military, can't fly our flag because it's against the home owners association rules! Grown men don't even take there hat off while the national anthem is playing at a ball game!! Where is the pride! The honor! The respect! If I had the power, I'd line up a few military transports and airlift them all into Bagdad where they can be with and die with their beloved Sadam.<br><br>These people have it totally bassackward. We are trying to keep the peace by bringing down a regime that uses violence and intimidation against its own people and funds terrorists to do the same outside its borders. Heard on the radio, coming into work, that Hussein got rid of his Chief of Air Defense because two anti aircraft rockets missed their targets and came down in Baghdad. How's that for our collateral damage? How many more injured by ADA flack falling back down are they blaiming on us?

 

He likely got canned because it was only 2 of ? that were supposed to go in and be blamed on the coalition. I'm not a big guy, or given to violence, but I must agree that if I had witnessed those young s'heads assaulting the Nat. Guarder, something would have happened. Pack mentality.
