It should be 'watercooler'. W-A-T-E-R C-O-O-L-E-R! We've always done it that way! It's a tradition! We don't call our Dodge's 'Chevy's' or 'Ford's' or anything else they ain't, why should this be any different? Ya ever notice the ones that are forever changin' the name are the same dang people that are always floatin' around in the water? I think they're just tryin' to FORGET about water!

Not to disagree with you but ah, I disagree with you. I believe it was "weekly thread" or something like that before it was water cooler or all that other stuff.

Yeah, but SCUTTLEBUTT has the ring to it !!! General Store sounds kinda "Little House on the Prairie" .... and water cooler, well it sounds pretty industrial.

But changing the thread title keeps you guys on your toes.
Planned on having a quite weekend with everyone out of the house, but got call from hubby's friend saying they were moving and I needed to come get his stuff that was stored over there. Figures that they would have to move when hubby is gone and it's all heavy stuff that's got to be moved. Good think I have the truck to move stuff and friends I can call on when I need help.

Not that I really expected any "help" from one of the "Bostonian Bubbas".
I do, in fact, have a 10010101011101001 (aka +5,0,0,+5,0,+5,0,+5,0,+5,+5,+5,0,+5,0,0,+5) camera. I do know how to use it 'cause there ain't many moving parts. I just have problems at times hooking up the jumper cables. The battery posts are kinda small.
It's an Olathe(as in Kansas) Model 816. 300 ci Ford 6 banger. 3-16" blades/teeth/tree eaters. The hours are actual. It needed tires, plugs and wires, and a good flushing. Gonna guess $500 or less will get it up and running. It is a beast.
Hotdram, being the very considerate converted Yankee that he is, is gonna fix me up on the pics(insert a tongue sticking out smilie).

SR's still pushing wet stuff toward the right coast.
Florida looks to be getting their first major storm of the season.
Hope the rain helps with the drought and wildfires they've been experiencing.

Filling in for a "sick" co-worker and get to play on the 'puter some today....
Hows everyone been? Good I hope.
Belated Happy B-Day Pistol...hope you celebrated in the traditional Navy way and that the bar/club can be rebuilt.....if the local police arent talking about your party a month later, it wasnt a good one!!!!
Whats with this "General Store" stuff?????? Kinda sissy sounding if'n ya ask me..whats next? we gonna have to wipe our feet before we come in ?, lace doillies to set our coffee cups on? a checkered table cloth on teh mess tables????
Not much been happening at the ranch... got a couple horses I am starting under saddle, they're doing well and look to be some good'uns.
The BOSS has finished her flower garden, and had me hual 5.5 tons of river rock in for her to use in teh flower beds insteead of bark mulch.
First time I ever got my Dodge down on the axle stops..
