July 10-16 Hotter than Blazes Breakroom
Morning all. I thought someone worked the night shift around here but I see a dragon sleeping in the corner, donuts snoozing on the counter, and no one around.
It was still 95* at midnight and only now is down to 86*. The forecast has highs in the triple digits for the next 10 days. Way too hot way to soon in the summer.
Left some lasagna on the counter in case the night shift comes in or the dragon needs a snack.
Headed for bed.
Jay

Good call avoiding the john Bob. Chaikwa gets ornery when you start interrupting with his secret phoo recipe. Hoping for a quiet day like yesterday.

Someone IS here during the night shift. As far as working goes, no one 'works' on any shift around here. Except me of course!
'John Bob'? Wasn't that a character on 'The Waltons'? Good name for him tho!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Dentists have recommended that a toothbrush be kept at least six feet away from a lavatory to avoid airborne particles resulting from the flush.
Coffee is ready. ph00 for John Bob is ready too!

Besides, our marriage doesn't subscribe to the male chauvinism school of thought. Bring it into this house and you'll be leaving with your butt in your hand, if you're lucky, without a bullet hole.

Mornin, everyone. I don't think I even came in the break room last week... too stinkin busy. Lotsa homework and a busy schedule at school. The weather in So Cal is wonderful, tho... I think that the high this week is mid 80's. Unfortunatly, I'm in Yuma right now, and it's already over 100, and it's 20 to 9...
I rode the bike from N Pendleton to Yuma... five hours on a bike, my muscles are still sore. No windshield, 80mph, mountains... it'll make you tough, I'll say that!
Ya'll have a good day. Gonna clean up a bit, then get ready to go back.

Mornin' all,
Trivia read, coffee poured in cup reddy to enjoy with breakfast. Bacon, eggies
waffles, butter n real maple syurpple. Filled every square in the waffles. Plenty for all, on the counter. Yum. Shorts, don't think my tummy would handle your breakfast, but it would be a great lunch, if there is any left.
T-rad, you should be feeling good now. Bet your glad it has been taken care of. Did they tell you what might contribute to the stones?
12 valve hot here in Cypress too. Triple digits most days. Wheew, and very little rain.
5er nice job cleaning the break room. Did you use a D-9 Cat? Send the Dragon in the john. Step on his tail and the flame thrower should burn some on the mess in there. Just be ready to put out the fire.
Have a good un, stay kewl and be safe out there.
