Mother Nature gave us a light show.
Temps forcast to drop around 30 degrees between the highs yesterday and tomorrow.
Overnight lows predected to dive into the 20s........

Snausage-n-egg sammich demolished.
Cup-o-coffee number 1 drained, working on number 2.

Work load still at the manageable level.

Hope it stays that way.

Morning folks, gonna get some rain here today, thank you SH for sending it north. Have a busy day planned, but it may get cut short by the weather.
If that happens, I may have to pull the 12 valve in the garage and start to tear it down so the service body can go on the new one.

Sunday we had a high of 84*f.. today is suppossed to get up to 40, 20% chance of snow tomorrow... crazy weather!

Was told I have to burn some vacation time or lose it, gonna try and take the next two weeks off, get some chores done around the house, some fence put up so I can get the horses out on grass...save some $$

Started my Chantex pills this morning.... gonna try and quit smoking again. They're giving me a bit of a headache and upset tummy, but I am trying to convince myself it will be worth it. Its kinda funny, but I canat visualize myself as a non-smoker, guess I've been doing it too long( 33 years)...
But gonna give it a good try. THE BOSS is quitting also, so I company...
Imagine a house with both folsk quitiing! Wonder if we'll hav ethe SWAT team out.....

Well, better get to work, yall have agood'un and keep some coffee on in here, I'll be back!

I have a question for ya'll that has been bothering me,
The other day I was talking with someone and the subject came around to what our occupations are. I told the guy I am an electrical engineer. He said, "Ah, you are one of the Smart Fellers, I am a teacher". A few minutes later, he told me he was dyslexic, does that mean he thinks I am a Fart Smeller?

Hey Heidi, tell them, you plan to install a meter where the power enters the property and one where it leaves. They'll get the bill for installation AND a 10% toll on the power use each month.

Morning all. The weather rock says, well......not really saying anything, just whimpering allot and hiding behind the azaleas. I guess the lightning gave it a good scare. Ed, we got the storms here about 0045, looked almost like daylight for a little while. Back to the eye doc for a follow-up. I think there's still a piece of junk in there so a digging we will go.

Chris; goodluck with quitting! I think you have to WANT to quit, no matter what you take for an Rx assist. Thing with me is I don't WANT to... yet! I think as I get old(er) I may have more of a desire.

Was 74 here yesterday, bright blue skies, nice warm sun... 31 here right now with a 30 MPH sustained wind gusting to 50ish, overcast, spitting snow.

It was 88* according to my truck yesterday. And I think the humidity was about 95%, I just stood outside and started sweating. The poor horse I'm training on thought he was going to die. I just had my main horse saddled, he had a good sweat under the pad. If it didn't rain there yesterday I'll get another pen run on the trainee before is picked up to haul to California Thursday or Friday. (I'm gonna miss him). I'm headed to turn in an application for work and going to work out.
