Thanks for those prayers. I am starting to sense the strain beginning to exhibit itself in our kids - - it hurts to see it. Three more months if all goes well. I keep reminding them but it seems like an eternity to them I am sure.
Hey, beddy bye time - - have not been sleeping well and i am feeling it. See ya morry,
Bob

Corn's too wet yet so we switched over to cutting beans. One guy can run the truck and grain cart and keep up with the combine when you're close to the elevator.
Got 2 pivots to rip before they get wheat drilled back in them this fall. Gonna be fun. Not sure the 7250 will pull it. Friday I ripped a bunch of terrace channels and when I crossed a set of sprayer ruts, I either didn't have enough power, or didn't have enough traction. Never had enough of both. And the second Steiger isn't back from the shop yet getting the rest of the transmission rebuilt yet, either. Dang dealer. Sold it as having a fresh transmission, they opened it up and replaced one bad clutch pack to get it out the door and now are dragging their feet trying to get away with doing it again.
I geuss the seed dealers are real bad about not throttling back for hills and such. When Corry worked for Case he redid several Magnum transmissions that fried clutch packs due to the oil getting slung out of them when oversped.

Morning all. Got up in time today!
It is Wednesday, October 2nd.
1835 - The first battle of the Texas Revolution took place near the Guadalupe River when American settlers defeated a Mexican cavalry unit.
1836 - Charles Darwin returned to England after 5 years of acquiring knowledge around the world about fauna, flora, wildlife and geology. He used the information to develop his "theory of evolution" which he unveiled in his 1859 book entitled The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection.
1876 - The Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas opened. It was the state's first venture into public higher education. The school was formally dedicated 2 days later by Texas Gov. Richard Coke.
1919 - U.S. President Woodrow Wilson suffered a stroke that left him partially paralyzed.
1940 - During World War II, the HMS Empress was sunk while carrying child refugees from Britain to Canada.
1941 - Operation Typhoon was launched by **** Germany. The plan was an all-out offensive against Moscow.
1944 - The ***** crushed the Warsaw Uprising.
1962 - U.S. ports were closed to nations that allowed their ships to carry arms to Cuba, ships that had docked in a socialist country were prohibited from docking in the United States during that voyage, and the transport of U.S. goods was banned on ships owned by companies that traded with Cuba.
1967 - Thurgood Marshall was sworn in. He was the first African-American member of the U.S. Supreme Court.
1990 - The Allies ceded their rights to areas they occupied in Germany.
2001 - NATO, for the first time, invoked a treaty clause that stated that an attack on one member is an attack on all members. The act was in response to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in the United States.
Today's thought:
Above all, challenge yourself. You may well surprise yourself at what strengths you have, what you can accomplish.
C0ffee & ph00 are ready. Green fuzzy donuts on the table.
Which is why we should really continue to TOB&F.

Hello Elder Twin. How's it goin?
I'm setting forms for the sidewalk here. My Neighbor had all his forms from an aggressive pour down at his daughter's so I can use whatever is needed. Making use of leftover materials from a few other projects so cost is minimal. Looks like just enough for the sidewalk.
Just to clarify, the flavored Depends are for filtering phoo.
