Ahhh, yeh -- I agree Heidi. (Is she OK???)

Wow, guess I might have missed a whole bunch of stuff.

Still raining down here - - sure had a bunch but it's coming slow so no flooding except isolated. We need it bad. Heading for bed, not pulling an OLD DOG trick - - I like my bed. See ya,

Evening DTR and morning Madhat. Slow again at work. It was in the 80s today, very nice day. Got a side job this weekend changing out a VP44, should bring some good money. Taking an nice train ride with the GF sunday evening, bought tickets for a steam train last week, 2hrs in the country of rural Indiana near the kankakee river, I'll have some good pics to share from it. Got a set of 5" grand rock straight cut stacks for free today. Brought them home and gave'em a good polish. They look like mirrors now. Dunno if I'm going to install them on my truck, kinda want a single 7" stack instead but these were free. Spent some time with the GF tonight and also talk to a good friend from Texas too. enjoying a beer now.

Heidi, wish I had a bike right now. weather here is perfect for riding, 80 during the day and about 60 at night. You'll like the Wii, they are fun! Don't have an Labatts her but I do have some Molson Canadian if ya want one. Have fun at the concert, thats one show I'd like to see someday. I've heard that its always good and that was from people that don't normally listen to either artist.

Gnight DTR.
Nice twist on the "variable displacement" engines.

Saw her in concert with Union Station. That was a wonderful evening. Those people have so much talent they make it look easy.

Who are you?

Afternoon, DTR. It's been a rough few days. I have a long weekend now with nothing going on, just gonna hang out in the bks, drink beer and stare at the wall all day. And sharpen my knife.

You're still talking about Josh, right?

Good morning all.

Here's your history;
On this day in 1841 - Henry Kennedy received a patent for the first reclining chair.

1849 - Abraham Lincoln received a patent for the floating dry dock.

1868 - Near Marshfield, IN, The "Great Train Robbery" took place. The robbery was worth $96,000 in cash, gold and bonds to the seven members of the Reno gang.

1892 - Dr. Sheffield, a British dentist, invented the toothpaste tube.

Have a day!

Skidder pin went better than I expected it to. Removed the old ones, split the machine, replaced all the parts and put it back together in a little less than 4 hours.

Now it's time for lemonade and a nap!

WOW, where was everyone today - - off goofing around? Even the ph00 is old an still almost full. Was there a party and no one told me about it???

Heidi- - I will grab some pics some time - - I only have one blooming right now -- I am a newbie with these things. I have about 200 gardenias in my yard. My goodness, the spent blooms are so thick on the ground I am having to periodically rake them up. Never had this many - - three of my bushes that have never bloomed are just full. Whole yard is ablaze with colors - - so pretty.

Slept lousy last night, so heading in early tonight. Sorry Claude, not going to keep you company. Heading in - - have good sleep gang.

Forgot to mention the training wheels help a lot too...

Claude you got rain? Still seeing dust devils here. Lot of tent worms popping up too with the trees being so stressed from the drought.
