There is a boy i kinda know with a brand new Infiniti G35 automatic Coupe stock with an exhaust. How fast are they. I did a google search, and it said 14.3, but I dont know if that was the 6 speed or auto. Id like to race this boy to see how fast it is. My truck im pretty sure is running high 14's now. I think from a stop I might be able to take him. Wish I could get him to bring it to the drag strip. The 1/8th preferably so he wont have as much time to run me down. My truck isnt the fastest thing in the world, but from a stop up to 60mph it takes a pretty good car to keep up with a 4wd launch

I ran one before at 438hp from a stop and he walked me like there was no tomorrow. Now on the flip side, I ran it's cousin the 350z from 70-110mph with the setup I have now (minus the new injectors) and I put about a truck and a half on him. They definately aren't the fastest thing out there but they are darn quick.

IF your only runnin high 14's he will walk you . They are about a 14 flat car with a good driver.

Well I figured the auto may only be a mid 14 second car with the stick being a low 14 sec car. Im willing to bet I will at least pull him out of the hole. Just depends on how long it takes him to catch me after that as to who would win a short race to 60 or 70. Did you build boost when you raced from a stop, Blue? He might beat me, but I aint scared either way

Nope. No boost. Just a flat footed standing stop launch. That's why I said I could be deep in the 14's or high 13's possibly.

Yeah, I would think you could be high 13's with a good launch.. Depends on how bad your 60ft time is right now.

It's in the mid to high 2's. A high 13 would be a very sweet run but I think I could be consistently in the low 14's. A buddy of mine did a 10psi 4WD launch when I did my no boost launch and he ran a 13.6@97 where I ran a 14.6@96. The mph are close so the only thing hurting me is my launch.

Don't know about the G35, but I used to own a I30 and not many could keep up with it. The G35 has a bigger engine and know it has a lot of scat. Not being a turbo or supercharged engine it does run out of steam at altitude. I noticed a big difference between my normal altitude of 6000 feet and sea level.
There is a new Infiniti coming next month and that is the G37. Now there is a car I would like to own!
