I thought of one more that I don't remember seeing on here yet. Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac.

During "Big Love" live, It sounds like he is playing 3 guitars at one time. He Definitely deserves to be on this list.

Not to change the subject, but what about your favorite rif'f's??
My favorite is Sweet Home Alabama from One More From The Road
Pat Green's southbound 35 and Cory Morrow's I'm going straight to Hell are pretty good also. But Molly Hatchet's Flirting with Disaster riff is about as good as it gets. Did I just show my age?

I play guitar a little and the hardest guy for me to play is Stevie Ray Vaughan. His technique is amazing and extremely hard to copy, mostly because I have no talent
