how to paint over oil on wood deck in trailer?

got a used trailer, and i'm a neat freak.

want to paint over the oil soaked into the deck, just to make it look good.

will add play sand into the paint to make non-skid.

any suggestions?

prolly want to paint the inside walls too, what paint will cover bare wood good?
trying to paint my garage too, so want to do it all quick. (and i'm lazy...)

Scrub it with hot water and simple green. Then if it's a high traffic area I would use a teflon modified stain. Cabot makes a great one.
