If you look at the license plate you'll see that those are Okies, not Texans. Everyone knows that Texans drive trucks anyway. The only way you'd see that in Texas is if an Okie had lost his way (ahem...see pictures in link)....in which case we'd kindly point them back towards Oklahoma.

Texans only visit Oklahoma when they have absolutely, positively no other choice due to circumstances beyond their control and for very good reason. No car is worth driving to Oklahoma to get...so what you say just isn't all that likely.

i think they are in oklahoma, there is nothing else to use for direction but texas.

I think you're right. Chances are they're in Oklahoma City. If you take I-40 west out of Oklahoma City it will take you to Amarillo....just like the sign says.
