But you failed to mention the 10% sales tax on labor that is rolled into the package. How is it 10%? The paperwork mentions 4% but also mandates that the counties and municipalities will expand to include the tax. Alabama is not informed of this to a great extent and you have to have lived in a state with labor tax to understand how oppressive it is. You hire a kid to mow your lawn, he has to have a tax number, file monthly and charge taxes. He does not do this, it is assumed that he charged tax as part of the bill and he is guilty of theft of government funds for not turning them in. Been there, lived with it.
