Good thing the scope has pointer dials because the 55gr. Hornady drops a fierce 32"-34" at that range, but still maintains plenty of energy to take a coyote down with the correct placement.

I'm not in the practice of photographing my keepers so here is the only image of it I could find on the web...

... this image doesn't do it any justice at all. If you've never seen or shot one of these beauty's you don't know what you are missing.

Just bought a Remington 700 VS SF II chambered in 220 Swift with a Nikon 6x18x40mm. Just got her last night, so I haven't got to shoot it yet, but it should be exactly what I'm looking for.

I wanted one of the Leupold VX-III's like Nick's, but I couldn't afford it right now. Maybe later

Other than that one, I love my Glock 21, and have got a couple Remington 870's speced out for different purposes that all do an excellent job!

However, nothing is more fun than taking my Perazzi TMX Special out and shooting a 1000 rounds or so in an afternoon

Here is my Eclipse Custom II.

I'd say its my favorite.

It is the old EE style, but I haven't had that as an issue (knock on wood) -in fact its been flawless. More accurate than I am.

My other favorite would be shooting an 870 variant.

I have a hard time picking a favorite because every gun I have is my favorite gun for doing something. For example - My S&W 342 is my favorite gun to carry, but it is definitely NOT my favorite gun to shoot. I have a special place in my heart for my S&W 686+, though. It's the first gun I bought.

Depends on the situation.
M82 when I want to reach out and touch someone.
M4 for close in work
Mossberg 500 with a Knoxx SpecOps stock (which I have)
XD Compact in .40 S&W for carry purposes.

I guess I really have three more guns to purchase. Im planning on putting together an M4 this year.

They would NOT hear the shot... Sound traveles at roughly 600 mph, and light?...

They would think a heart attack before they think round. By then, I'd be long gone. And, yes, for the mathletlicly inclined, (I can't spell...) that's right at or more than 1.5 miles...

If I remember my math correctly....
There are 5,280 FEET in a Mile.
There are 1,760 YARDS in a Mile.

That would make your 2,952.87 yd shot about 1.67 miles.
