Honeymoon suggestions
Hello,
Alright I am currently in the process of planning a wedding. We have been looking around at various places to go for the honeymoon. For example Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan or some spots in the Carribean. What do you think? Any suggestions at all? Thank you
Rob
EDIT: I forgot to mention we will be going at the end of May to the beginning of June

What time of year is this honeymoon going to be?
Don't want to send you someplace that's going to be having a typhoon, blizzard, civil war or ethnic clensing when you're there.
And heartfelt congratulations on the marriage.

if in Mexico,
You might consider Cancun, or Acapulco
I've been to Puerto Vallarta, Its nice, just make sure you get a Hotel with a sandy beach in front, Some places have stones (gavel) on the coast, you dont want that!
They say Mazatlan is good also!

We took a 7 day cruise to Alaska for ours. I would highly recommend it! Go in the middle of the season because the weather can be a little rough at the beginning and end. We can't wait for our 10th anniversary so we can go back. (Statute of limitations should expire by them.)

We went to Estes Park, Colorado And Colorado Springs for ours. May mite be a bit early in the year for that though. Still a lot of snow around then. Unless you are into skiing. Mite be pushing it for that though. Persoanly the previously mentioned Alaska cruise sounds best so far. The tropical climate getaways to me are just to genaric and honestly other than the warm weather, boring. To me they are mostly party destinations and I am not a partier. A guy I work with had his kids give him and his wife an Alaska cruise for xmas a few years ago. They took a boat up then a train across Alaska into Canada some where then flew home from there. Got to see both the coast and the inland that way.

You could always go to cummins plant and see how engines are built. That way you kill two birds with one stone,,,,,get see how your engines made and get a divorce, no need to wait for years just get it over with.

No 3rd world dictators or militias here. Don't have to worry about deadly animals and tropical diseases either.

We love Aruba, its 4 hours by plane from philly international non stop, the weather is always great, there is always a trade wind so no bugs, the islanders are friendl and helpful and there are some awesome hotels. they have casinos and lots of places to eat etc. We have been 3 times and will go again. Other nice things is they are out of the huricane belt so no worries there, its near Venezuela

Congrats on the wedding. Marrige is a wonderfull institution, (if you want to spend your life in an institution. HA HA )
As to the Cummins tour.... There aint squat to do in Columbus and I'm not sure you could get a tour of Walesboro plant without pulling a few strings
As to the Grand Hotel..... You better have a couple of grand in your pocket for that stay. While riding the carrige tour of the Island, at the point of passing the hotel our guide mentioned there was a $15 fee just to walk in and look around. Way too rich for me.
