What is interesting is that when the Supreme court made it easier for eminent domain to take place TEXAS was on of the first individual states to pass legislation to protect private property owners.

Tough to tell....rumors and talk are flying around like crazy.....both sides are Highlighting their points really bad. Honestly, i think a lot of good will come from somthing like this.....no question.....but what bad things have to happen to get it done? Would be kinda cool to get from Gainesville to Larado in less than 8 hrs........places inbetween....even less.......(did i mention i LOATH I-35 between Dallas and Austin........road is BAD and people will run you over....when you are doing 80!!!)
