I've learned in TX, in a marriage everything of mine is half my wifes, no matter what!! None of this, in my name, in her name, I bought it before we got married crap means anything. He/she who has the deepest pockets and best lawyer wins! Not that any of this is any of my business or that this is a route one should take.....just something that I've learned.....the hard way. Good luck and I hope for a chance that things can be worked out!

not on his truck... yours... or if you dont have one, maybe someone near you will give you close to what you spent on it, to have their truck done....
your receipt doesnt have a license plate number or a VIN on it for the vehicle getting done.......... recoup your money buy selling the service to someone else..

Sometimes it's easier to just let it go and move on. I know this because I'm in the last few weeks of a bitter divorce also. It's just stuff.

The credit card company will have to refund your money when you tell them you have not recieved any goods in exchange for your purchase.

The company has not rendered any service and they are technically unable to render the service you paid for.

Call the credit card company and explain this and they will be more than happy to dump the charge.

Just wondering

Sorry Aggiedieselgirl - I thought you were still concerned about the "stuff" you had bought him. It's a hard decision to make, but if he's not willing to try again it's not going to work. It will just drain you dry emotionally. I was in an empty marriage ( except for my girls ) for 15 years and the decision to leave was not an easy one to make, but I do not regret it for a second.
