I've learned in TX, in a marriage everything of mine is half my wifes, no matter what!! None of this, in my name, in her name, I bought it before we got married crap means anything. He/she who has the deepest pockets and best lawyer wins! Not that any of this is any of my business or that this is a route one should take.....just something that I've learned.....the hard way. Good luck and I hope for a chance that things can be worked out!

your receipt doesnt have a license plate number or a VIN on it for the vehicle getting done.......... recoup your money buy selling the service to someone else..

i wish i could get his truck, if that was the case i would sell it i hope things can be worked out, but it just doesnt look promising. maybe someone out there will appreciate me im sure he will probably read all of this when he logs on, but oh well i would like to sell the line x job, but my heart is to big and i am just gonna let my soon to be ex have it.

i mean the stuff that i have just recently bought for his truck he can have. i just cant let my marriage go, its just not that easy. so we will see, im sure i will get hurt in the end, but at least i tried!

The credit card company will have to refund your money when you tell them you have not recieved any goods in exchange for your purchase.
The company has not rendered any service and they are technically unable to render the service you paid for.
Call the credit card company and explain this and they will be more than happy to dump the charge.

If he wants a line-x make him sign a promisary note stating he will pay you what your out. Same goes for the bumper.

Sorry Aggiedieselgirl - I thought you were still concerned about the "stuff" you had bought him. It's a hard decision to make, but if he's not willing to try again it's not going to work. It will just drain you dry emotionally. I was in an empty marriage ( except for my girls ) for 15 years and the decision to leave was not an easy one to make, but I do not regret it for a second.
