HELP... I need to buy an anniversary present soon!
I'll consider any reasonable suggestions except for a new CTD for her, a vacation, and she say's that jewelery is not "necessary" It's TEN years next week and I can't think of anything I want to get something symbolic possibly for our longevity, and still going strong........hmmmm...kinda like a CTD
Seriously though. Any good ideas from the married folks? What has worked good for you in the past?

What does she do for a living?
Fix some annyoing pet peeve of some kind. Or redesign the kitchen, put all new stuff in there. Get the lawn re-landscaped. Clear all of your junk out of the garage. Fix up the bedroom. Or bathroom; add jacuzzi tub and good stuff like that. You might get something from her too that way...

Congratulations on the 10 years, and good luck on the gift hunting.

How about BBQ and Walmart?
Works for me! Just kiddin. Seriously, get home from work before she does, and clean the house or do something special. Women love things like that instead of expensive gifts. And then take her out to a nice dinner, and get her a little gift. Earings, bracelet, ring, somthing like that.

My 5th is coming up. I like the Dewalt idea Doc, but I am afraid Ms. Dancr is right.
The idea of the letter from the heart rings a tone. Depending on where you are in life with money and all, I tend to agree with the idea of a present of longevity to top off things.
Perhaps the letter in the actual mail, reservations at the favorite restaurant, then a long weekend. Put the other gift in there as you see fit.
One last thing, I know my wife would love the getaway, but it is not something that I would want to do without involving her in the planning process. 2 reasons - she like to plan stuff like that, and I would go for the mountains, and she would want the beach.
Happy 10 years last but not least! Have fun what ever you do!
