When I worked in our Machinery Group in an overhaul crew. We had a 20' container that was decked out as our toolbox. It weighed almost 10 ton. Everyone also had a custom built aluminum hand box stuffed with everything up to about 1-1/4". They weighed anywhere from 85-120#. We always had to weigh them when we would have to do troubleshooting trips and fly on heli's.

I guess your not connecting with that belt on? Suspender type or just lineman bags with belt and scaboards? Why three pins? one full size pin and a stubby should do it. If you can't make them holes match with that equipment, you might want to look into one of those "porta-torch' set up's to just blow your own bolt holes??
