04CTD can tell you it is dirty, I think it is experienced, but i will probably clean it now out of guilt....
I have been on harleys since 1976 and my own mechanic. much more than a vehicle, an entity....

Thanks, built it myself and seems like I am never done. This winter it need repainting. In the last 4 years I have put on about 65k and it is showing signs of road use/abuse. Also the spoke wheels are gone now in exchange for pro-one billets. Seems like the thing just wont run smooth with 17 out of 40 spokes busted off

I've got an anniversary FXDXT. It's the fast and lean FXDX with quick release bags and an adjustable shield. Jetted the carb and put on a stainless Supertrapp. Oh, and a squeeze bulb tricycle horn and bicycle bell (in case a pedestrian can't hear me comming).
When I stop to take a break to look at the scenery and stretch my legs, I just find myself staring at the bike. Man, does it run nice.

Anyone doing Sturgis this year? I've been there the last 4 of 6 years and am being drawn back up there again this year. Always ride and tent camp. A LOT of good times and memories to grow on.
This picture is from earlier this year when the wife and I (and another couple) went down to Altus OK for the Rattlesnake Roundup.
Lots of fun!
