Thanks everyone!
We had a LARGE penguin flavored Angel Food Cake. I wanted to carve it into the shape of a RAM but they took it away from me.
Today is the day for a new personal record on the 2" bar deadlift at training. My goal is 705lbs. Its a lot tougher then the standard Olympic 1" bar as it opens up the grip a lot.
I figure I ate enough carbs and cake yesterday to achieve this today. 
My face will look like this...
