I'm sorry, but you can't see the concrete liner he put in. It was necessary before he could build his pool.

It simply will not fly, not how the question was worded.
Yes a plane could take off on a treadmill, but not if the wheel speed matched the speed of the treadmill in the other direction.
Myth busters did a perfect job of screwing that one up as usual.
