get the weight down to about 4k like i did with the 82. dont need near as much power.

i have no problem in my 6spd, but i drive it like a short throw shifter in a camaro

laying on a 2nd gear launch, 15ft of black marks in 3rd, a good 3-4ft of "chirp" in 4th, and making the suspension travel hard in going into 5th...shifting hard

never lift the skinny pedal...and the one on the left looks like im sqashing bugs...BAM next gear. I went from a 13.3 1/4 mile automatic race truck (lightning) to his here redneck diesel...and with the power i make i have impressed many of my friends who drive mustangs, camaros and imports. Its not easy to throw a 3' shifter around in a hurry...I was even complimented by a guy who tunes and races cobras, lightnings, and a powerstroke or two...he said he was impressed by the way I "row the boat"
