Gone fishing with my CTD
Ok heres the big test tommorow morning 5 A.M. my 27 sportcraft hooked to my rig 6200 lbs. going to Leamington Ontario after the big perch in Lk. Erie.
My Ram CTD makes it possible for a one day trip about 90 miles from my home in Mi.
I would not do this in one day with my old Suburban 5.7 just didn't feel right.
well anyhow it just feels great to have this combo it really gets the looks from other guys towing little boats to the big lake because they can't make the pull on the big boat ;D ;D ;D comfort all around ;D

Re:Gone fishing with my CTD
Didn't mean to make 90 miles seem like a long trip but in the past without this tow vehical it was a really long day. Anyhow I made the trip got some real nice fish 220 big perch ;D and made it home safely. It rained pretty hard on the way there and the rear tires broke loose a couple of times when getting started from a light. I should probably check the tounge weight on the trailer. these sure make a good fishing combo and I will be able to fish further from home.
