I'm sure the press has nothing better to complain about then the fact they didn't do a release for 24 hours. Big deal. It's not a nat'l security or even business issue. That's pretty conservative for texas isn't it? We're a blue state but There's still a 5 bag limit with a small game except during deer season, and year round with fur-harvester, no limit. Farmers want to start a bounty again, the the tree-huggers won't have it.

I know most of us have commented on how easy it is to catch shot, but what happened to "know your target and whats beyond"?
It's like rule #4 in Hunters Safety.

Not to tick people off, but maybe they should limit hunters of a certian age/heath. Cheney's health is so bad he has to have an Ambulance on call 24/7, thats how they got a quick response when he blasted his buddy.

It's like driving, after a certian age, maybe you should have to pass vision/hearing tests to still be allowed to gun?

I'm just a little upset that all they are getting is a warning for not have the proper lisence. If it was me they would be confiscating my Gun and vehicle.
