Get out and vote!

Got there at 11am.
4 people in line before me.
Left at 11:15am, at least 20-30 people in line, snaked out into the parking lot.
Must have been the lunchbreak rush.
No sticker given.
Some locations in Utah were giving them, some weren't.

Bush took WV . And I thought all Mountaineers were bleeding heart liberals like my wife's aunt. I can't wait to see her this weekend and rub it in...even if my boss doesn't win overall (which I'm confident he WILL!) it will still be fun to see the expression on her face when I bring the subject up. Don't get me wrong, I don't usually rub it in someone's face when their team loses (except when it involves the undefeated EAGLES ), but my aunt-in-law felt it was necessary to sent her commie propoganda to my wife, her niece, while I was deployed. She knew I wasn't around to screen the BS. But baby I'm back, and by the looks of it GW will be also for another 4 years of laying waste to terrorist scum. I'm military, the frequent deployments suck (especially since I'm married now), but I'd rather be doing this now than putting it off on your's and my future children.

I know alot of them here are crying the blues, but it really wasn't surprising to me that He would carry well here. Lots of retired SF guys like me here in the mountains.
Glad to hear you are home safe, but I had my fingers crossed that you might bring me back one of Osama's ears to complete my collection
Stay safe and have them keep a beer on ice for me down at the Green Beret club
(snaps a crisp military salute) Welcome Home Warrior!

Original Junior,
Welcome home, even if it is for only awhile.
You and your comrades in arms have my deepest respect and appreciation for the good job your doing to protect this great country.
My kids and seven grandkids are exactly the reason I know we need to be in Iraq RIGHT NOW!

I voted a couple of weeks ago for Bush, before I traveled out of the country. My 2 oldest daughters, who were home on fall break from college, also went in with me and cast their votes for George. I am ashamed to say that State I love and call home, once again was carried by the liberal demon (I mean Democrat). It's hard for us good folks down in the south end too outvote Chicago and all the union workers from CAT. I was also very disappointed with the outcome of our Senate race. At least GW won and Daschel got beat. Thanks to all vet's for giving us the freedom to vote. You know my mother asked me once what I thought of people burning flags, I said that I served 20 years in the Reserve with some active duty time, for them to have that freedom of expression . But I think that others should also have the freedom to express themselves by kicking their butts .
To everyone who voted for Bush. Thank You!!! For those who didn't, stick around here and maybe the rest of us can finally get you to see the light.

I voted a couple wks ago too ... took about 1/2 hour to get to the machine.
Did you hear the stat on young voters ... up to 24yrs old i think ... 1 in 10 voted I don't EVEN want to hear a word from one that didn't vote.
