hey all,

My lovely wife and I are looking into buying some land in Va.

First off, are there any realators in the house from the Hampton Roads area?

Secondly, what are trying to price out how much it is going to run to put a septic system and well on the land?

How about electrical?

We're looking about an hour southwest of Richmond, and are checking into the same pricing of installed water/septic/electricity/phone.

If you are in the Hampton Roads area it's probably easier to just get city water and sewer. Why mess with a well and septic if you don't have to???
