Wow. I thought mine was bad. I pay 1500 a year for full on my pickup, full on my wife's intrepid R/T, and liability on my two junkers that I drive around.

I pay $860 a year full coverage, $100 deductible and the agent has to buy me dinner every month. (I wish)

It really depends on where you live and what your record is. I live in the sticks, park in the garage every night, and leave the keys in it everywhere I go. Pretty safe around here.

If I lived in downtown Chicago I would have to pay more.

$303 every six months (liability, collision). BUT, I have increased liability (25/50/25) no PIP (health insurance will cover any accidents) and $80 towing w/500 deductible. Same rate for my wifes Intrepid. $150 for my Dak, liability only.

05 Ram and 04 Durango

I shell out a little over $1100 for full coverage for six months on my 05 Ram and wife's 04 Durango (with the Hemi). That's with Geico and without the 10% discount for both of us attending the "safe" drivers course. Lasts for three years then have to take the course again, haven't had time to schedule for the course together again yet.

$550.00 every 6 months for 100K/300K full coverage.
State your limits as FC means nothing without the limits. $1000/year with 15/30 limits and $1000/year with 100/300 is a big difference and can't be compared.

exactly right polishammer. me and the wife with usaa, mine 02 and her 2000 jeep, full coverage 100k/500k, i believe she dropped it down to 300k though. were right at 500 and some change every 6months, with all the other bs goodies in the policy. and on top of that, ive gotten aprx 12 tickets since ive been 16 . only 9 of them were speeding LOL, and the others ranged from seatbelt/ following 2 closely/ "improper license plate"/ doing burnouts, etc. my insurance just went up in the spring of 06, but not by much. got it on the wifes now, and is price stated above.

I don't fully insure my truck, but I would advise you to shop around. People tend to be loyal to their insurance agents and that ends up costing them a lot of money. Get a quote from Geico and others to find the best rate. I almost guarantee you will find a quote at least $100 cheaper and it only takes a few min of your time.

Here in SoCal I pay $2,050 per year for full coverage and $250 deductibles (collision and comprehensive) on my '06 Megacab and my wifes '05 Toyota 4Runner V8. Our insurance is through Mercury and with our multi-policy discount (homeowners) they are consistantly cheaper than anyone else, even Geico and Wawanesa.

where you live plays a huge role, when the GF moved down here from inside the 465 loop, she dropped $50 a month on a Hyundai.

The truck is $303 every 6 months full coverage (also have my full coverage on a 900cc sportbike @ $440 a year & house on the policy) and that's the went up price after I drove over a Malibu last fall.

Around $900.00 bucks a year, two trucks 300K w/ 1 million umbrella on home and trucks. Check on going from $100K to 300K coverage. Only cost me $8.00/ year. It was required to upgrade for the umbrella. USAA. Umbrella is extra now that I think about it. $168.00/year paid w/ home owners ins.
