Who thinks fuel prices will be lowered after the next election?

depends on who wins.

If it someone that will roll over and give every crackhead leader money, then probably it will drop in price.
Also bear in mind, the last three years of high oil prices are really pushing drilling, exploration, equipment, rigs, and other development for the future. We are also about the middle of the economic swing right now. Give the next president a couple years, the economy will tank and fuel prices will come down some.
