Awesome. I have the exact same vest only in OD green. It's loaded up with goodies and ready to roll in a moments notice.
I don't have a bladder for mine though yet.
I also have field medic packs. I keep one in the hauler, one in the Rhino and a huge one at home and a smaller one in my bugout with just the essentials.
I usually end up carrying my Glock 22 in a CQP Blackhawk with a drop leg holster for my 10" CRKT in it. Tried a drop leg for my Glocks but they don't fit in the seat in the Rhino very good so I changed it up a bit to the current system with the knife in the drop leg and the Glocks up higher on my waist.
These are my favorite pants though by far. http://www.lapolicegear.com/511-covert-cargo-od.html They carry a ton of crap and are tough.
