Well that explains EVERYTHING!!!
You see I'm what they call a hophead...The more hoppiness the more happiness. Really, my wife calls me a hop ***** <Can I use that word?>
My wife loves Stouts, so she's got a bit of a bitter tongue, when she gags and complains of bitterness and too flowery I know it'll be perfect for me.

Well then you would love my ESP -Extra special bitter. I brew about 15 gallons of it a year. I use Magnum hops bottering hops for the initial brew the at about 50 minutes into the hour boil I add Tettnanger hops for flavor let it sit in the fermentor for 7-10 days transfer into the carboy then add Glacier hops and let sit for another 14 days. Its a very hoppy copper colored beer.
