I had a 2000 Viper for a day. It was silver with blue stripes and had 32,000 miles on it. Sweet car and I wish I would have kept it..................although I'd probably be in jail cuz the rental company in Vegas would have reported it stolen

Rented the car when me and my brother went down there last September. Boy was that car fun to drive, but dang was it small inside. 6'4 doesn't work so well in them little suckers.

Had it up to 160mph in 4th gear and still had 2 gears left but had to slow down cuz I caught a bunch of cars

Well worth the $500 bucks I spent to rent it for 24 hours. Too much money and not much brains My brother rented an H1 hummer, that thing was really cool to drive.

I've driven an Enzo on the Nurenburgring... with a gamepad on Project Gotham Racing.... XBOX style.. If I recall correctly, I hit 220MPH on the straight.

The worst yet are the 16yr old Arabs who wreck them and let them burn along the hwy. A month ago or so, the same 16yr old wrecked two $300,000 Lambos and walked away as if it were no big deal. Some people have soo much money, it's a shame they don't know what to do with it.

Ho hum. Another guy trying to write a visual check that the personality can't cash.

I've driven one or two of them-- save your money. Yes, they are cool. Yes they look good, and some of them are even ungodly fast.

They're just a waste of money for what you get. IMO, only-- of course.

Sorry man I'm gonna have to raise the BS flag on this one. You said that you've driven one or two of them.... they only made 399 of them. I'm finding you hard to believe... sorry.

I don't think he was talking about the ENZO!!! I think he was talking about a ferrari in general.

Here is a couple pictures I found regarding the accident. Or should I say stupidity of the driver.

I would drag that engine home behind my Cummins and sell it on ebay for 100k.

Oh I'm sure that he has driven a Ferrari. I can believe that. But unless he works as a Ferrari mechanic or dealer I raise the flag on the Enzo. Not to be a jerk but what are the chances that someone has driven 2 of only 399 cars made?

It all depends on where you live. Come on down to our sat morning cruise and regularly 2 enzos show up, along with a couple F40's, had a veyron there week before last, usually a dozen 360's, few lambos, 5-6 carrera GT's, and a hand full of us from the Viper club.

location, location, location... Newport Beach

Oh and the guy who wrecked the enzo on PCH, they impounded his SLR last week as well.

Only problem with that would be the $1500 oil change every time you had to maintain it. At least that is what I think I remember Top Speed said it cost for the special oil, that had to be special ordered from a Ferrari Dealers only. I wonder if Amsoil would work?
