Feds Warn School Featured in ABC News Report: Shock Devices Violate Law
Why are they allowed to shock our Disabled Children like farm animals, how is this therapy?
high-school student Andre McCollins was restrained face-down on a board before being shocked 31 times using skin shock therapy at the Judge Rotenberg Center in Massachusetts after refusing to take off his coat
