Engine flush?

We changed the oil and it wasn't that bad this weekend. The code P0011 kept coming up and there wasn't much about it. After tearing the entire top end apart and checking all the banjo bolts, the turbo side screen was plugged with that white milk. Basically it was starving the turbo. This car was neglected but is now in good hands. Replaced the radiator as well this weekend.
The oil we used was Castrol GTX and the filter was a WIX. Thanks for all the advice, he's going to do oil changes every 2500 miles until it cleans itself up.

I tossed it in the trash.
