Re:Duramax mentality
Well two years ago I was test driving a powerstroke and it has a full tank. The dealer said that his mechanic just filled it up and that I would be fine. I said cool. Off I went I ran good for about 2 miles then it started to knock like it sliped time. I got it back to the intersecton where the dealership was and it just had one big knock and stopped. I was soo mad. I walked to the dealership and said here is your keys the truck stalled and I could not get it started. Tha dealer followed me back to the truck and said he was sorry and said he would give my and extra 1grand off anew truck. I said no and drove off. Later my friend told me what happend. I just
What a retard.
Dm01

dodgeman01- I think you must have been very impressed with the competence and the care at this dealership. ;D
For me it almost went the other way round. I do own a Toyo FJ62 and when I went to fill it up at the station , ( I just wanted to shove the nozzle in) a guy asks me " I didn't know that they made a diesel with auto" I " why diesel ??? t'is a gasser!" He " Ehmm, but a gasser you are about to fill with diesel!"
I was really red-eared , but we had some coffee together.
Glad hat there are people who still care a bit.

Lil Dog,
Thanks for the complement and I would do it again if I had too. I really didn't want the $10 but she stuffed the money in my jacket pocket and said she would be offended if I didn't take it :. I'm just glad I was there to help because I'm sure her son would've been pretty upset if she would of ruined his truck.
