Everytime Mom opens the breakroom, it seems the riff-raff are attracted to it like bugs to a windshield!

Good Sunday morning to YOU ALL.

Today is August 30th.

1645 - American Indians and the Dutch made a peace treaty at New Amsterdam. New Amsterdam later became known as New York.

1682 - William Penn sailed from England and later established the colony of Pennsylvania in America.

1780 - General Benedict Arnold secretly promised to surrender the West Point fort to the British army.

1862 - The Confederates defeated Union forces at the second Battle of Bull Run in Manassas, VA.

1941 - During World War II, the ***** severed the last railroad link between Leningrad and the rest of the Soviet Union.

1945 - General Douglas MacArthur set up Allied occupation headquarters in Japan.

1951 - The Philippines and the United States signed a defense pact.

1960 - A partial blockade was imposed on West Berlin by East Germany.

Good morning to y'all from a cloudy Paradise. Very slight, very welcome drizzle last night. We need some real rain and lots of it rain. Mexico is presently in the midst of it's worst drought in 70 years. The area I live in is classified as a semi arid area and the lack of rain is making it look like an arid area.
Strange, but nice smell in the breakroom this morning. I wonder, could it just be an unknown CLEAN smell in that the breakroom was opened by a woman for change.

...and chaikwa was there to hide the evidence. 2039 years later a second Cleo's death is ruled a homicide.

I been away toooo looong.

Hi from Davey

Old computer went TU. Now have a Dell Inspron 518 Desktop, got from Dell outlet. Crased with a malware last week just got it back.
Still working in the school as the "Lunch Laddy."
My much older and much, much wiser sister almost died in my arms from heart failure in her pool. Good thing her son, and I were there. I held her up and he called 911. New valve job on the main pump and she is doing good.

Having a house built in Cypress TX be moving about Nov. Not too far from where we live with our daughter in NW Houston.

Thanks to my kids, I got to scratch off EAA Oshkosh this year. The DC 3, N34 was there in CAA colors. Years ago I got to fly it when in was a FAA facilites check plane. Area Nav just came out. Pix going in gallery.

Prudent Student is working hard.
Have a new 2 month old grand daughter.

Best to all.

Davey
