Your husband is a fine looking critter. The guy in the black shirt is good looking too. OUCH, quit. Hey, I will invite him in to join the 10'er they pulled out of a pool about 2 blocks from my house while we were down in Mexico. Lots of them in the river across from that house.

Clouds settled in and heading for some rain - - need it bad.

I'm thinking about it... Actually, I should have until about march on PI still, so I have some time.

Didn't win on the board, I came in 4th, and there were only 3 spots going up to the next level... Still feel pretty good about making it that far. (but, feel like jumping off third deck cause I suck...)

Got a few ball games tomorrow, then I'm gonna see if the dyno day in north charleston is still on, I'll go and see what the truck is putting down.

Wink Hopefully, Madhat is off site for a few happy days he won't remember...

But I did have a question as to why he was no longer a drill Instructor?

is that a rotation thing? or three sets and you are done, like sit ups...
when I was Army MP we had the same guys MOS'd as drill sgts.- I kept giving one a ride home from town every Sunday night with his friends broke, bloody & smelly...- we use to call it honoring a viet nam war vet and treated all of those afoul of the law with respect and no paperwork. can't fix a broken mind.
anyways- ya, son- feel proud of the other candidates and your ranking of next in line! other guys older than you? just curious..

04- heck ya, hubby drives a blue VW beetle- highest cab height of any vehicle. mountain man needs it too until Dodge came along with a nice truck.
He looks through the blue window tint but doesn't care now...son has beetle.
that thread was funny.....met a Buffalo Bills player who had a size 22 shoe - susquatch is alive and well and gets an average of 5 million a year.......

Old Dog; you will survive by skill and thinking, no job is needed to prove what you are capable of. try code enforcement up your way, you'd be perfect for it- solving problems and dealing with people... and no wolf wants to be seen.
humans smell far worse to them (these guys sniff butts remember?) and they
do not find us tasty. NEVER corner a beaver, wolverine or fisher- you will be overpowered. do not encroach on a cougar (mountain lion) territory, they will take any meal if forced. I take comfort in my little tree tractor when going through my 95 acres of lions, (kitty cat) tigers and bears. it will do about 40 and lay diesel smoke....love the wild animals, but I keep my distance when I see 'em. heard coyotes about three weeks ago, looking for the artic dogs I don't have anymore. got to be amazed at nature and it's workings....

lazy day today, will make more of an effort on the basement tomorrow, hubby is going to cut down trees with his older brother- yeah, they do it for fun.....and lumber. he has his own mill. I'll stay home and wait for the hospital to call....

nightly cleaning is DONE! tables wiped down and ready for the breakfast crowd early AM: french toast, banana nut muffins, fresh apples from the orchard, russian tea, got to stick with Tim Horton's coffee though...
Amish tea for me cause they have to have something illegal in there to produce this great effect on me..........

Heidi in NY looking up Amish Tea Anonymous in the squirrel pages.....

here's a pic of Sierra Madre mountain range from 6700 ft. up; yeah they had snow....but you could see over 100 miles away. no shovelling either....

Good morning DTRonians

I made it home from the Casino/Dog track and learned 2 things.....

1.. Never bet on the dog wearing a cast on one leg

2.. When the Wife say's she needs a couple bucks, a $20.00 ain't gonna fill the need

Actually we had a good time, The trip cost me a couple hundred but that was including fuel there and back & buying the 3 girls lunch and dinner. Her Mother and Aunt went with us and they all did pretty well gambling by coming home about even.

Grandbabies coming by today so I need to scoot out to the toy store and pick up a little something before they get here

Have a safe day!

Mornin' all

Houston, sunny and mid 70's so far. I fix me some old fashioned steel rolled oats for breakfast, with good . Haven't had them for a long time, and dont have no one dipping into my plate

Wife and daughter off to do some shopping.. Wife has a lotta school home work to do, hope she don't get too distracted and not get her work done.

Pot roast requested for supper tonight. Almost time to start the fixin'.

Project, unload the kids trapoline from the bed of the truck and assemble it.
Give the turtles some fresh water, clean their tank. Snakes got fed their mouses last night. Fun to watch.

Hat, enjoy your freedom.

Top, your learning

Wannabe, nice pix. Have fun up there.

Have a good un and be safe out there.

...and you sat idly by with adult pop, right? tough life...heheh GOOD!
enjoy them thar little ones! life is easier when women spend money...inside hint fellas....

MAdhat- yes sirree, three years is enough of somewhat knucklehead babysitting.. get back to 9-5 and being a marine supervisor. what is your actual MOS, if not being too nosy...

CHAIKWA boy is busy, busy and hopefully happy...that changes on the hour so go easy Claude if you call him, heheheh

REDLEG, still waiting on the sauna to be built, go catch the limit and hunt fowl and freezer meat. then get back to work.

ok, beef stew (venison) and fresh biscuits, raspberry ale to wash it down-
yes, it is really good without the crosseyed effects.....

Heidi home alone and working on chores...
