Tossed ham... that like tossed salad? And if you're running out, make more!

Evening all.

Spent the entire day fighting with leaking water lines. They don't leak anymore, but there are a lot less of them now too.

Well folks, it is probably time to close the breakroom door for the nite. I gave the dragon a hug and tucked her in under her blankie. Scotty and I are only a couple of hundred of miles apart so we have a Canuck agreement about what should go in the ph00 pot. Filter it through a toque and you Merkins should be able to handle it. Folks in Alaska - you are more Canuck than Merkin so you can prolly handle it full strength.
The donuts on the counter are a mix from Dunkin's and Tim Horton's. Boston Cream and Sour Cream Glazed are the best. I turned down the wick in the oil lamp and threw 3 shovels of coke in the stove so we should be good for the nite. I would appreciate turkey leftovers tomorrow from the Thanksgiving crowd and I will reply in kind with kielbasa (pronounced koo-bah-saah). Trust me, we will both be happy with the trade.
Well cousins and siblings, it has been a challenging week but it is nice knowing you all are here.
Would someone please buy a Roomba for this place next week. I will contribute $$. We suck at house cleaning. I just wiped out on dust bunnie poop.
G'Nite ladies and germs.

Hey Tim! glad you liked the video! Fried 3 turkeys for all of the family here, I used a butter and cajun seasoning injection in mine. Next one I do I'm going to add some honey to it. First one was good, second one was better and the third was awesome. All the turkeys were 10 lbs but the first two were grocery store turkeys that were frozen and i had to thaw before frying, my last one was a fresh from the butcher (taste so much better!!!) I converted a few of the family to liking the fried turkey, I got alot of compliments.

I was rather offended by the rude approach this particular newbie was talking to one of our ladies. Well today I happened to read through a slightly older thread. There was a response from this particular member - the not so nice member. I noticed that it now says 'banned' under the members name. I am neither a fascist not a tyrant but I was pretty happy to see that. One of the things I like about this family, dysfunctional as we are, is that we are polite and respectful. If you don't want to be polite and respectful, there are about a million other places on the interweb for you. I am not sure which admin banned this poor and misguided member, but whoever it was, good on you.

I just recently did a non intentional thing here. . . People misunderstood what I was saying. I still need to deal with that when I have a better head. Frankly, I have been an emotional mess lately. Just been good at hiding it. Well almost. . . But picking on the lady population is certainly out of the question. That keyboard bully was dealt with.

In fact, no member should attack another member directly on the board. Take it in the back room. Male or female the like.

Thanks Scott. Elaine has been at my side and keeping me together. Bless that womans good sole.

Just watching 24 years of a thriving company going down the tubes thanks to Wash DC. Had to lay off a bunch of people, 24, and close a whole facility. Great time of year. I did agree to pay their health insurance until they get new work. Very depressing. Some of those people have been with me for 20 years. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Would you believe they came to work anyway? I'm a lousy boss I guess. Our flood insurance won't pay for the losses in the office from Irene. That will be 1-800 Lawyer. We lost about $35,000 worth of inventory and they condemned the building. So I'm screwed right now. We have one facility left.

Family issues with one of my daughters, Lost one of my best friends several weeks ago. . . . . Yaddie Yaddie Yaddie But I did get the upper hand with the IRS. They tried real hard. It can be done. 6 digits taken down to 3 digits. One down, 8 more to go. I'm getting too old for this.

Thanks giving was good until the uncooked turkey came out. Seems the oven suddenly decided to go crackers. First Turkey my honey ever had come out bad. Not her fault. 17 people ate everything else. Tom ended in the round bin. Can't trust it now. 28# of my favorite food gone.

There I dumped the big load. . . Maybe you're right Scotty. Tis the season. . .

Sigh. . . . Think I go back under the rock now. . . Later
