Evening all. Family just left. Enjoyed there company for a nice dinner. Sounds like everyone had a good weekend. Looks like you had a good time madhat. I had to change the plugs last weekend on my fathers Hemi. Boy, those things are a PITA to work on. Ended up changing a valve spring too, it was broke and it kept misfiring pretty bad. Oh well. Time for a new week to start. Can't wait.

Take care all.
Josh

and to think I was taught how to run an arc welder and make my own go cart....

Evening

Finally got enough time to fire up the putter from this AM. Daughter came over in the afternoon and stayed for supper. Good to spend some time with her besides at the Dojang.

Did warm up in the afternoon yesterday so went with the wife X country skiing, first time I tried it and didn't do to bad. Only fell down twice and that was going around a corner at the bottom of a hill. Did about 6 kilometers total. Think I'll try it a few more times before I go and buy a bunch of gear. Might be a good cross training activity.

Talk to you in the AM. Got to go get some ZZZZZZ

Actually, I was supposed to be in Portland instead of El Paso. I was making plans to head up there when I sent you that PM. This job took priority and to be honest ... I like the weather better here !! Actually talked to a guy who works for the NPS ... gave me some good info and a phone number for later on. Gonna stick with this job for a while till I get a few goals met.
I'll get ahold of you the next time I am coming up there.

It was such a nice day that I took a little run up the side of a mountain this morning. There is a shortcut from east to west El Paso called the Trans-Mountain Rd. and lots of people tackle it on foot or bike every Sunday. I opted for running the short side ... 2.25 miles of 8% grade to the top and then back down. Held a 10 minute mile avg ... I guess that ain't too bad for being 40+ y/o.

Anybody make any $$ on the game today ??

Cheers,
PISTOL

Heck, at 6:00, I already had the wood stove loaded and dogs stretched out... would've been nice to let the donuts sleep in so they'd be easier to catch.
