I have been trying to fix our upstairs shower/tub faucet for years. I am going to have to rip some sheetrock out to get to the plug in the line since I havent found a snake that will make it to the 1/2" elbow that I think is causing the problem. On the upside, we dont use much water when taking a shower because the pressure is so low.

Bark>Bark> Bark> if you just go out & get a solar shower bag & hang it under the sky light _ the sun ( or midnight sun ) will heat the watter> take the hose connected to it and run it in to the upstairs shower - you will not only save watter but save on energy cost of heating watter _ and limit grey watter at the same time !
Must some one always solve your problems for you ?
don`t know how you ever survive in Ak. !

I appreciate the advice and will immediately hang up a solar shower bag. The aurora borealis should heat it up nicely this time of the year. My wife will be so happy with it that she will probably go down there and personally kick your butt into the Muskegon River. She does not like cold water but I hope you do!
Glad you are still kicking. I still haven’t bought my radio but hope to get a good one before too long.

Maybe, but I don't lip off to Mrs Hat, dummy!
Some turbo shaft play, the bearings are going out. It does not want to spin free anymore, so I figured I'd take it out now before it came apart. Barked it one too many times, but not much I can do with this tranny... I gotta get a BOV...
Evenin from CA, DTR. Got to MCAS Miramar all safe and sound for my week course. Even got to help out another DTR member with his truck on the way here.
Ok, off to bed. I'm beat.

Greetings from up here eh.
Just logged my toughest shift I can recall. Last two days were 12's of non stop no breaks. Tis the Season.
Dog tired. Got two off and gonna take them.
I did manage to play around with some weights over the past few days. Felt good.
Blake, I finally got the brake BOMB done. Works awesome.
Next up is the alterations of the aux fuel tank and move the compressor for the air bags...and the list never ends.

Should have known you were to smart for that. After 30+ years married to Mrs Bark I know that even when she is wrong, she is right. Nobody else (girl wise) would put up with me so I am careful. I don’t want to sleep on the roof.
I’ve been playing with this Polar Care 500 unit they sent home with me after my LEGG surgery. Its pretty neat but I don’t think it will chill beer any faster than putting it in ice water. I’m supposed to be able to put weight on my LEGG in the morning. If you hear a loud yell at around 0900, its me.

On this day in 1790 - The U.S. Congress moved from New York to Philadelphia.
1865 - The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified. The amendment abolished slavery in the U.S.
1877 - Thomas Edison demonstrated the first gramophone, with a recording of himself reciting Mary Had a Little Lamb.
1884 - The construction of the Washington Monument was completed by Army engineers. The project took 34 years.
1889 - Jefferson Davis died in New Orleans. He was the first and only president of the Confederate States of America.
1907 - In Monongah, WV, 361 people were killed in America's worst mine disaster.
1917 - More than 1,600 people died when two munitions ships collided in the harbor at Halifax, Nova Scotia.
1957 - AFL-CIO members voted to expel the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. The Teamsters were readmitted in 1987.
1973 - Gerald R. Ford was sworn in as the vice-president of the United States after vice-president Spiro Agnew resigned.
1994 - Orange County, CA, filed for bankruptcy protection due to investment losses of about $2 billion. The county is one of the richest in the U.S. and became to largest municipality to file for bankruptcy.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
You know you're into middle age when you realize that caution is the only thing you care to exercise.
Coffee, tea and ph00 are on.
