Evenin, fellas. Got a good bit done tonight... there is the choice of brave the heat and get a few things done, or wait until 7 and only get a few things done. I'll tell you, I have to alternate beer and water...

Ok, gonna do a few things, and hit the rack. Gotta get up early tomorrow.

Good Evening Night shift, I have the duty so relax and catch some Zzzzz' if possible. Strapping on a sidearm and will make the rounds to make sure all the windows and doors are locked here at DTRworld.

Its a wonderful evening. Sun is still shinning and I feel safe with Lary watching the place. Had a beautiful day here but am going to put more aluminum foil on the windows because this wonderful midnight sun stuff is about to drive me bonkers. Going out to hunt for Liberals, Lawyers and porcupines. Be back later.

You know, they all have at least one thing in common......

Morning gang. Lary had everything secured this morning, so much so the janitor couldn't get in for his early morning history lesson. (Either that, or he's just late again)

Lary won't give me the key so it don't matter. I just climbed in thru the sewer pipe as usual.

Morning.

Today is Tuesday, July 13th.

On this day in 1754 - At the beginning of the French and Indian War, George Washington surrendered the small, circular Fort Necessity in southwestern Pennsylvania to the French.

1787 - The U.S. Congress, under the Articles of Confederation, enacted the Northwest Ordinance, which established the rules for governing the Northwest Territory, for admitting new states to the Union and limiting the expansion of slavery.

1931 - A major German financial institution, Danabank, failed. This led to the closing of all banks in Germany until August 5.

1941 - Britain and the Soviet Union signed a mutual aid pact, that provided the means for Britain to send war material to the Soviet Union.

1954 - In Geneva, the United States, Great Britain and France reached an accord on Indochina which divided Vietnam into two countries, North and South, along the 17th parallel.

1978 - Lee Iacocca was fired as president of Ford Motor Co. by chairman Henry Ford II.

2000 - The United States and Vietnam singed a major trade agreement. The pact still needed to be approved by the U.S. Congress.

Slow history day today, must be the heat.

Morning DTR..

Kinda sluggish this morning. Took a Unisom last night to help me sleep. Wifey was getting tired of me waking her up during my hours of tossing and turning. She needs all the beauty sleep she can get

The wifey is not a big fan of DTR since the Waffle House Incident. She knows I'm kidding anyways. She's hot and she knows it

Greetings from up here eh.
Rough night last night. Started right at supper time. Father Inlaw taken to hospital by ambulance. Not doing good. Passing lots of blood, high white cell count etc etc. Was admitted and more tests today.
Time to clean up the kitchen with all of last nights supper, pots, pans etc left there.

Tomorrow a new Phoo00 for Ewe will be my very own STAPLE Brand.

Mmmmmmm mmmm good.

One more sleep and its STAPLEPHoo00 time!

Fiver must be 'painting'.

Mornin' All!

Good looking day out there again. Too bad it'll probably rain once I'm off for the week.

Back on the bicycle again. I can do the 4 miles to work in 17min these days. Not too bad considering it's a full suspension mountain bike with knobby tires. One of these days, I'll either buy a hybrid bike or at least swap my tires for something a bit more street friendly.
