Chris,

I truly wish you the best. I know nothing can be said to ease your pain, but just know that we know what you are going through.

I hope that your young uns can also see that he led a great life and was loved and that his time was cherished.

It hit the kids pretty hard too. He was older than any of them so he was my first kid. Time will help, but it's spending that time that bites. Thanks.

Well, you know that a family trip to the adoption agency of your choice is in the future. A family discussion about what happened and how this time the kids get to help pick. Everybody has input into when to go, breed, etc. You can make a real project out of it and there will be healing come through for you all.

Hey guys, I forgot to link this last night. If you've got little ones at home, or know someone who does, give this a look please.

Thanks Claude.

Thanks Eric. Alien. That's funny. He didn't bark unless he was pinned up in the kitchen, or someone drove into the yard. If he wanted out he'd stand at the door. If I didn't get their quick enough, he'd walk back and look at me till I did let him out. Best part, he'd knock to get back in. No bark. He was able to use his paws like hands too. Really funny stuff.

Its getting to the point where I think my son is of age to have his first dog. Ive always wanted a pug and my wife is smitten to them too. Seems like they are such a character and playful and such.

Pugs are not dogs they are aliens from another world. And they snore much louder than any human

WHO? ME? DID I DO THAT?

Chris, we had a chihuahua go down in the night. No indication. She was about 14. We had quite a funeral with the kids while we buried her in the back yard. After that, the Mrs. would take care of the dirty work. Daddy and the boys were too chicken to put any of the pets down. After watching her take care of the pets, I decided I would always keep my feet moving no matter what. Never believe it seeing her - - cute little innocent sweet looking gentle blonde - - - - but don't get sick - - - you are history.

Bob, I know what it is, you're married to Nancy Pelosi.

Our neighbor has a pug, we've dog sat for her. I know it's me but I just can't get used to them.
