Clams and scallops sound good. When you go inland they don't know much about seafood but its the same when you got the the coast they don't grill a steak really well either. found that out visiting my grandpa when he was still in FL, had a steak at a place near the beach after a week of seafood for every meal. They couldn't cook that steak at the resturaunt if their life depended on it. So I stick to the seafood when I get to the gulf.


Evening DTR. Did a little rearranging in the basement this morning then I went over to a buddies to hang out and BS for a few hours this afternoon. Got back did some more work before dinner. After dinner was ready I watched the military channel for a while.

How's everyone today?
