Evening all.
Went out for pizza and beer with my buddy. Got back about...2300. Spent the last two hours drinking with my neighbor. His OL just left him...took half the stuff out of the house and two kids. He's going through a tough time, so we had some beers. Talked a bit. He's 35, I'm 21...so i couldnt give him much advise other than it is what it is and to try to make the best of it. He's a good guy. He'll be fine. Trying to do what I can. I hope he can keep his house.
Oh well.

Hey Tim, just got back from FDIC. Saw that aerial with the seat that Britt was talking about... not normal!~ Not much new stuff there this year, ('new' meaning innovative or new ideas), and all the trucks belonged to someone, just not delivered yet. I think the only 'demo' trucks there were chassis from Spartan and HME. First time I've ever seen that many like that.
On another note about FDIC, Boston Leather had a booth there and liked Jake. So much so that they gave him a new collar to match his service dog vest that Heidi gave him for his birthday! Another vendor, (can't remember who
), gave him a flashing light that attaches to his collar so he can be seen at night. They had lots of gadgets for dogs like that. I wish I could remember who they were too, because they donated something like 1000 K9 first aid field kits to the military to use on their animals over the pond. In the 80's here too but we're supposed to get some nasty storms later.
