1st time ever in AK....... Of course the Legislature just voted themselves a100% raise 
and the Comissiners got 33%.

afternoon all
poped the hood today and say the ole belt was kinda chewed up
truth to be told the water pump pully is shot time for a new pump! wonder what will cost?
the a/c is still broken and its 98*
so just taking shelter on here until it cools down
whats new?
where do ya'll hide the sweet tea?

New belt and pump won't set you back too far. As for th A/C, buy the shorter non-A/C belt and use the 2/65 A/C........
The sweet tea might be being held hostage by the donuts..... If you take out the leader you have a few minutes to get a glass before the new leader gets in position.......

Hi gang - - been busy on the To Do list - - wow it is long. Working on the orchids all day - - got them repotted, hung several along the lanai, picked up a couple new gorgeous ones, reset and arranged our large pedestal planters, cleaned the joint up. Now there is no time for the sun tan - - rats. Oh well, tomorry.

Definitely a good time Josh! I know folks who just closed on one here at 4.5%. It's a buyers market, don't be afraid to low ball but......look it over close. Allot of folks have let their maintenance go.

Caller: The house shook.
News: Did the dishes rattle?

News: How long did it last?
Caller: Three to four seconds.
News: So it didn't last very long?
Caller: About 3 or 4 seconds.
News: So it was over pretty fast.

Long ago, we had a local weatherman that just stuck a 30% chance of rain up till the end of May....
