Didn't really need fuel today.........
truck was sitting on 3/4 tank but i just happened to be driving by wal-mart gas station with diesel at $2.14 a gallon
went on and filled it up. when is diesel going to go back down????? i remember when diesel was $.40 cheaper than 87 octane. those were the good ol days.

Need fuel tonight so I'm gonna head over toward Mason... It was $2.05 there yesterday, hopefully it hasn't gone up. It is at $2.39 at Mobil down the road from here yesterday.

So what do you think this is going to do to the number of people running red diesel? The states will probably start racking up more fines than ever with people looking for a cheaper way to fill up.

You guy back east are always complaining about $2.20 - 2.30 for fuel! (Don't I wish!)
Try $2.80 - $3.30 in Idaho for diesel fuel then will talk...(Canada is even worse off!
)
There are towns out here buried in the back woods selling fuel for over $4.00 a gallon for gasoline! I don't want to know what diesel is...
When I go to fill up its about $80 - $100 US Dollars to fill from the 1/8th mark!
You guys got it easy out there...

You know, about the diesel being about .40 cheaper, I've been singing about that for awhile now,It is no doubt, in mind the fact that non- commercial diesel use has increased,10yrs ago not very many paople had them,now VW can't keep cars on their lots, back then nobody wanted a diesel, all kinds of cold start issues that were not worth the headache. These prices are nothing but a scam,and there is nothing we can do about it!
Here in WI. we have a mandatory fuel tax increase that goes into effect every year and it just hit,like the Gov't does not have enough of our money already,Trying to get it lifted is next to impossible.It's just so #*?*# frustrating.

well..think about this:
one us gallon=3,78 litres
winter diesel litre price here in Finland about 0,93 euros(today at local g.s.)
one euro=1,2964 $ at this moment
you do the math...+ every year i have to pay diesel tax.it´s about 140€(108$)
