Dang, did everything behind the bumper survive?
AC condensor, intercooler?
Well, mines made by a guy named Layne in Grand Junction Colorado.
(don't know his last name, and he's actually just outside GJ, Fruita I believe).
I'm at work, or I'd look up his phone number for you.
Found his number (and his last name)
Denver Offroad Bumpers
Layne Wright
Phone (970) 858-4010
John R's looks like a Ranchhand.

WOW. You must have hit it just right, or it was a big deer. I hit one about 4-5 months ago at 45 mph and had no damage to the front. The deer was alive still, so the Sheriff's Dept. came by and shot it, and hunters picked him up. It was great timing!

I'm thinking it was a short deer for the grill to survive,
or it said "oh crap" and ducked just in time.

I hit that sucker going about 80mph on rt 25 in Hegins , ( Junk Yard knows where i'm talkin about ) I didn't even hit the brakes to tell ya the truth since it just sounded like i hit a raccoon and didn't think it did any damage . And yes , that was my truck you saw hanging off the back of that Motter's tow truck today . AAA covered the first 100 miles of the tow back to Jersey and i had to eat the rest of the miles at $4 a mile So now i'm thinking instead of getting a factory bumper i will just get a cattle killer and start aiming for deer JunkYard , Where ya live in Pine Grove ?? Do you know Allen Diefendoffer ? He lives near the modular home factory and drives a F-250 Diesel with a huge brush gaurd on the front . I roll through Pine Grove Friday and Sunday afternoon on my way to TCTRI and Rausch Creek .

Upon closer inspection of my truck i've come to realize all 4 coils up front are shot , the bumper , the plastic piece above the bumper are ruined and a little bit of my pride since it was a FORD that towed me home . But not to worry , it had a Caterpillar motor pushing it so it wasn't technically a Ford , I made dayum sure to ask him what motor the tow truck had in it LoL.

I work for the Excavating outfit right across the street from Carter's. We use to go in and do the site preps for the TCTR.
I live about a half mile east of the Hess at the North end of town.

The only ones I know in Joliett are the Bender's and Sherwood Kimmel Ex.
Is he the guy that lives in the mobile home that has the air compressor chained to the tree?

They have dancin girls working again (if you wanna call em that ) I hit the deer by the open strip mining pit just before the Kocher Coal Banks where the old breaker used to be . you know where i'm talking about ??

i'd say it's a 1-1 tie..the bumper goes in the scrap heap and the deer goes in the chili
one look at these wicked bumpers and the deer will scatter
http://www.buckstop.biz/dodge03.html
"MATERIAL - Full strength. BUCKSTOP bumpers are 1/4" steel in the primary impact zone and winch center and 3/16" steel under the headlights. Very difficult to dent in animal strikes, very resilient in other collisions. As a comparison, 10 Gauge steel is roughly 1/8" thick, 8 Gauge 5/32". "
