Make a dam on both sides by putting a threaded rod through them. Drill a 2-3" hole in one side and fill it with concrete vinyl dry patch. Let it cure over night up then remove the dams & cut off the threaded rod below the surface. Take more vinyl patching compound and fill in the airholes and smooth it out. Color won't match, but you can paint it.
That will be $25 PLEASE!

kinda confused about the whole "dam" thing, lol (pardon the pun) ...........why do you have to put the rod through it?
not sure if this makes a difference but this is an external wall, the hole goes all the way through to the inside of the building (no drywall or insulation though)
thanks again

OH! There is dirt on one side! I thought the wall was accessable from both sides. Then just keep pushing the vinyl concrete patch in the hole until it won't hold it anymore. Mix it to the dry side

Get some goose milk it is a concrete adhesive paint the inside of whole with this it will keep the new concrete from cracking and falling out I would use a no shrink grout mix it up real dry and pack it into the whole will give you the best looking finish and will not make a runny mess. I own a Construction company as well as a Diesel parts business

no, the hole is accessible from both sides of the wall, guess im kinda having a prob describing it............its an exterior wall on the back of a building, the hole is accessable from both the interior and exterior. Its about 6-8 inches in depth. Hope that helps some.
Thanks again,
Jeff

what Geico266 is trying to say is put a piece of plywood on the outside wall and put a piece of plywood on the inside wall and hold the two pieces together with threaded rod through the centre of the hole (using nuts and bolts)
then fill the void in the middle with vinyl concrete patch. (liquid?) once that stuff sets up unbolt your plywood and cut the rods off below the surface, take a trowel and fill the small bubbles and smoth out.
If the patch is below grade (covered by dirt) there would be a tar seal coating you should use as well....
