I think it would be worthwhile to build a forum for dealer experiences. Especially for good dealer experiences. I feel that folks who get so fed up that they build their own complaint site are quite right if they tell the truth, but they won't help me chosing the right one- maybe the dealer next door is the same crook, but just lucky enough to have customers who aren't able to build a website. I think it's necessary to find the good dealerships and support them by giving them work.

we got treated the worst at the sister dealership where my wife worked in the office.

same guy owns Chevy & Dodge dealerships.
wife worked at Dodge.
both daughters worked at both dealerships (one for year)

oldest daughter has a lawyer now to get her 2500HD fixed.
in service 22 times in 6 months.
