Looking to see what you guys use to make you coffee while camping (ie. on a stove).
Getting ready for next years hunt.... Looking at wall tents and stoves...
P.S. No cheating....NO GENERATORS OR ELECTRIC Makers

I have a 1 qt pan with tripod that I used when I would rough it. Heat water then add Sanka or Folgers instant, good enough for me while in the bush.

Get a french press. All you need is water that is about 200 degrees which isn't quite boiling. Put your grounds in the press and pour in the water. After about 4 minutes stir it around and press the filter down. Fresh coffee.
Its dirtier than drip, but way cleaner than cowboy! I actually use a french press everyday so there is no need for a big ol clunker on the counter.
Have a good one.

I don't know what you call it, but I always just put an 'ample' supply of coffee in a deep pan with water and boiled it for 10 minutes or so, then pour it thru a coffee filter into my cup.

It's all about the camp percolator, although I don't use a filter with it, I kinda like the cowboy coffee when I'm camping. Makes great coffee, if I could find a decent home perc. for a good price I'd rock one in the kitchen also. Just my $.02

Cowboys are not dirty. They are strong!!!!!
Filters are for wimps!!!!

I have a stainless percolator. Sent it on the stove, set it on the fire.

Mexican Nescafe is a good option when you can't make regular coffee. It's instant coffee that doesn't taste awful. This is different stuff than standard issue Nescafe.
You can find it in most Wal-Marts in the "Ethnic foods" section. It's in a glass jar and the label says "Nescafe Clasico".
