I seem to remember there were a few AB's on this site a while back. Well here is a little clip that wil bring back memories.

For the 99.9% that wasn't an ABE ( Aviation Boatswains Mate) I will tell you that the level of teamwork and communication in this clip is incredible. just the noise alone will sometimes disorient a person on the deck so that makes this three bird launch even that much more impressive...

Notice the Tomcat being launched off the waist catapult in between these two going off the bow.
No other navy in the world can pull this off ( this quickly anyway)
