CA needs adult grownups in Sacramento

So what's up with the ridiculous labels and naive comparisons?
Raspy yes everyone knows they are free to move and say what they wish. I for one do not blame anyone for moving out of CA and to somewhere that when you wish to hang a light or put a new roof on your home the only permit you need is a 12 ga. shotgun. If you have not noticed and hopefully someday you might, the lawmakers in CA seem to think that they know what is best for our citizens. Quite frankly what we need in Sacramento are grownups, adults, that do not want to chase every business and all the farming operations out and make CA one giant game preserve. The fact of the matter is that the bulk (majority) of Californians are conservatives but because the liberals in power will not allow redistricting this majority will never be able to make the changes in CA that are needed. Example, Senator Diane Feinstein once stood on a podium and stated that if she had the votes she would confiscate every weapon from every adult in the state. That scares the hell out of me and if you agree with her then you scare me too. Why I am scared is because stupid people with power like her are dangerous.

agreed california is falling apart. i thought a 12 gauge was the only permit needed. my girlfriend lives in a subdivision in ca that wont allow you to paint your house certain colors wont allow cars more then 12 years old to be parked on the street everything there looks identical all the houses are the same cars are all new sedans. when people say hitler would love it in ca i get what those people are saying. if i buy a house for a million bucks i want it to be whatever color i want. and if i want a 1968 comaro ss parked out front i think i should be able to. california is becoming a lost cause!

I too would like to leave but I am not free, I am married! Mom live here and therefore so do I.

As far as Sacramento goes they are so busy trying to please all the leftist, fruit loving, illegal allowing, tree hugging, socialist special interest groups to see what is really right.

I was born in 1960 in California and have lived here ever since. It is gone, but so is our nation. Only thing that will take it back is Guns and War!

I live in SoCal and dislike it intensely. I remain only because my wife needs to stay near her parents. She said when they "pass" she'll be willing to move. I said, hey, if that's all it takes...

It's Nevada for me. I've already built a house there, started on the second one and have set up a business. I've already figured out that I'd rather move than stay.

Interesting that when I remind some of you that you can leave too, you decide that I'm part of the problem. The last thing I'm gonna do is start labeling everyone I disagree with a **** or a commie or a liberal. I just don't want to be over controlled and over crowded, so I'm doing something about it. No blaming and no excuses about how I can't. I just am.

When I went to socal in the early sixties I thought I had found paradise. And it was for a while.

Got out of there and still trucked there now and then. They ruined that also, now I would not go there..... its sort of a Cuba with money.

If you have a Cummins Truck, some guns and ammo........we will let you come to Texas!

Economy is a little slower than usual...but if the rest of the country don't drag us down to far, we will recover. Or secede before it happens.

Good climate + liberals= high welfare load.

I don't think Ca is any worse than any other heavily populated state. If you want to see liberalization,go to Vt. Ct. N.Y.,Rhode Island etc. It is going to get worse w/Gavin Newsome trying to get in. Due to the mild climate,we have more than our share of a welfare load. Newsome puts the bums up in condos at night at taxpayer expense in SF w/no outcry from the residents! It is too fast a pace here though. I returned after a week on Kona and had to put my **** face on to survive the freeway. No difference traffic-wise than Portland,Oregon when I visited there. It just doesn't rain every other other day here. I'm five miles from the beach and the house is just about paid for. I'll stick it out. I do agree with you guy's wanting to move to a more rural state though.

Your right, but there is still a lot of high tech jobs due to it being middle America which is a plus. I am thinking Richardson myself and have buddies that are Native. My mother was a Houston girl. She never lost the accent until the day she passed. If the girls are like her you must always be smiling with amusement.
